Black Cohosh comes in many ingestible forms. Black Cohosh can be found in solid form such as pills and tablet supplements. It can also be found in liquid extract for use in teas.
Tablet or pill form can be taken with a full glass of water. If you are taking a liquid form of Black Cohosh, use a dropper or medicine measuring cup to be sure you measure the dosage properly.
Do not take a solid form or liquid form of Black Cohosh at the same time, unless your doctor instructs you to do so. Combining forms of Black Cohosh increases the chance that you will take too much.
